fans, water heater, and water pressure.
Electrical System
Service type and capacity, wiring type, outlets and switches
Interior
Floors, ceilings, walls, windows, stairways, doors, wood stoves
and fireplaces.
Major Appliances
Range, oven, dishwasher, disposal, fans
Ventilation and Insulation
Type and adequacy, attic access, evidence of moisture
Wood Boring Insects
Evidence and location
You are given two copies of our
11 page Inspection Report at the completion of the inspection. The
report is written in both checklist and narrative format, and is
comprehensive, as well as easy to read.
You will also receive the maintenance manual, “Maintaining
the Home” distributed by the American Society of Home Inspectors
(ASHI). In addition,
we provide to every client, Free of Charge,
our telephone consultation services for as long as you own the home
we’ve inspected.
